I just noticed a lump on the lower left side of my head. right where the back of my hairline would start. any idea what this might be?

Lump: A physician would have to examine you to be sure, but this could be a cyst, ingrown hair, enlarged lymph node, early boil. See your physician as needed if it doesn't recede or becomes painful or tender or if other lumps appear.
