Stiff neck/left, few mos w/intermittent headaches in front/on top of head. feel oddly shaped hard immovable lump in back of neck below hairline, even with bottom of ear, just left of spine, i dont think its a lymph node from location. causes?

Mastoid: What you described seems to be the normal mastoid process. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
