I had this gas disturbance in my stomach accompanied with belching, odourless farting & tingling sensation in my lower back.. got treated for ulcer.. noticed the tingling sensation moved down to my scrotum and tip of my penis... is this normal?

It is not normal but the tingling sensation is likely benign. However, your symptoms are not consistent with PUD but more like a GI viral illness or food poisoning. Just observe that tingling sensation for now. By your statement, the tingling sensation had been present before you received med for ulcer, is that correct?
