Difficult: The insurance company will do all in its power to define this as a cosmetic alteration which they will not cover. Your physician, a physical therapist and perhaps you OB-GYN can send letters in support of the need for breast reduction as a physical necessity. Occasionally this will convince them to provide coverage, but it is an uphill battle. Good luck.
