I am having an endoscopy done monday morning.. my asthma gets bad when i'm sleeping.. lots of wheezing. should i be nervous? scared to be sedated.

Asthma scope: I strongly feel that if sedation is used that you insist on an anesthesiologist being present to take take of you. Most endoscopies are done with the endoscopist giving the sedation - with your concern - you should insist on an anesthesiologist being there.
