I am experiencing wheezing (worsened by: in the evening, at night, lying flat) . pft is normal, chest x-ray is normal, no allergies, asthma has been ruled out, sleep apnea was ruled out through a sleep study, i do snore very loudly though. ?

Mgt: I would suggest a consultation. Aspiration is one possible cause. Do you cough? if so, is it worse at night?

I'm afraid to take my asthma meds since one is a steroid and I'm unsure if I actually have asthma (test was 89% but I have some wheezing on exhale and air doesn't leave all the way). Could it be wrong? I have untreated sleep apnea too?
