Can you tell me exactly when is the best time of month to test if perimenopause?

Cycle day 2 or 3: A blood level of fsh of cycle day 2 or 3 is a very helpful test for perimenopause. Amh (anti-mullerian hormone) is also being used more, especially in women who are trying to become pregnant, and that is not dependent on which day in your cycle blood is drawn.
