A member asked:

No period for 3 months, urine test 1 month ago was negative, breasts have been swollen. i'm 43, is this perimenopause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly-see GYN: I think you need to have female hormone levels, thyroid function and blood sugar function tested in addition to a blood pregnancy test ( HCG). I assume you are sexually active and if unprotected, pregnancy must be evaluated by a GYN exam, ultrasound and blood testing.
