Hydrogen peroxide : May use Debrox or similar wax dissolving ear drops 2xa day for 3 days. Then use lukewarm water with about 20cc of hydrogen peroxide. This will loosen any tough wax.You may use a ball syringe and flush .if it is difficult go to the doctor

Got ear irrigation for wax removal , after that my right ear reacts like blop or flap to certain sounds like running water or utensils or polythene.
Every 10 days to 2 weeks my husbands ear will feel clogged and he cant hear well. He flushes it with warm water using a ear bulb. What comes out seems like a fibrous material, not wax. MD checked but saw nothing, not impacted, no foreign object. ?
