Every 10 days to 2 weeks my husbands ear will feel clogged and he cant hear well. he flushes it with warm water using a ear bulb. what comes out seems like a fibrous material, not wax. md checked but saw nothing, not impacted, no foreign object. ?

Clogged ear: Probable Eustachian tube dysfunction. See ENT. Get audiogram and tympanograms. Have him Valsalva frequently when symptomatic.
