Probable Eustachian : Either the saline irritated the eustachian tube or some of the irrigant got into the middle ear. It is not clear how long it may take to clear but in children may take 3months. The sensation may also be from the illness that started the process in the first place.

History of rhinitis. No sneezing but have a lot of post nasal drip, ear & sinus pressure in face too. Doesnt feel like a cold. sinus irrigation with saline at night.Bad taste in mouth. Also have acid reflux now. Should I take antihistamine?
Did NeilMed nasal rinse. While doing it I held my breathe and exhaled while the water was passing through my nose. When I did, it caused a pressure push on/out of both ears and I felt them pop. Can this cause damage? Is the water still in my ears?
