what to do if my ear builded up too much wax to the point my ear is starting to pain. my friend told me to use warm water and vinegar, will that work?

Blocked ears: Please do not try to clear your ears by yourself. You may puncture eardrum or worse. Please see your doctor who will clean them out easily and safely. Peace and good health.

Use a baby syringe: Irrigating the ear with a syringe could damage the ear drum unless it is done correctly. You can use wax softeners.
