Dental care: Do no have braces removed prematurely! Orthodontic braces allow the teeth to be gently re-positioned so that they are better aligned and therefore less likely to allow food to lodge between ill fitting teeth which encourages plaque and bacterial growth. Apart from promoting dental caries, there may be a connection between poor oral health and future cardiovascular disease. Prevention Works!
