About

Bio

After graduating from University of London Medical School, England in 1979, I completed ten years of specialist training in England and at Tulane Medical School, New Orleans. While caring for patients over the past 40 plus years, I earned multiple Board Certifications and held many leadership positions. Apart from diagnostic and preventative cardiology, have a special interest in Dysautonomia a.k.a. ‘The Invisible Disease’, which is at the root of many conditions e.g. Orthostatic Hypotension (OH), POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), Tachycardia, Mitral Valve Prolapse, Unexplained Swelling, Raynaud’s, Excessive Sweating, Temperature intolerance, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Mental Fog, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme disease, Adrenal & Thyroid Insufficiency, Irritable Bowel , etc

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
