I have a orange/ yellow tounge with little white bumps what could be causing this?

Diet? medications?: if you are eating certain things this can cause what your are experiencing. I would start by trying to cut out any spicy foods and get a tongue scraped, It is very unclear but I would imagine that it is due to something new in your diet, gastric reflex or many other causes. I would go to your dentist but in the mean time buy an antibacterial mouth rinse and a tongue scrapper to see if it goes away
