Bumps on tongue: One possibility is a fibroma, which is a lesion that develops as a result of injury. However, only a visual examination could tell for sure. Anything abnormal in your mouth should be checked by a dentist or an oral surgeon.

White bumps: Oh so many possibilities. Consult with your General Dentist, a Specialist Oral Pathologist, or a Specialist Oral Surgeon to have the lesion examined and diagnosed. Only then can appropriate treatment be chosen.
