Tongue: it is normal to have purple veins under your tongue. Also to have small bumps. ANy unusual discoloration or change in appearance should be examined by a qualified health care professional. Oral lesions that are cancerous are rare in non smokers. All smokers and tobacco users should have annual exams to check for oral cancers.
