Little bump under right side of tounge.. its yellow with a ride circle. its went away now but im left with slight swelling where it was it was on my sublingual fold i believe but back towards the right side under my tounge. what causes this?

Tongue: The tongue has a lot of salivary function and many lymph channels. One common cause for that is for viral infection to cause lymphatic swelling. Minor trauma can cause swelling and irritation too.
