Triggers: First, it is important to determine what the trigger for her eczema is. If it is a food sensitivity, you may need to cut down the consumption of that trigger. If it is environmental, you would do the same. Giving her a really good multivitamin is also important to maintain her nutritional status optimally. Singulair (montelukast) is a good medicine for eczema and does even better with an antihistamine.
