Eczema options: It is important to see a dermatologist concerning this. If you already have seen a dermatologist then consider getting a second opinion with another dermatologist.

Moisturize: Avoid perfumed or scented soaps, lotions, detergents. For itching try an antihistamine. I recommend dove soap and eucerin, other option is cedaphil or vanicream products . Topical steroid use as needed is also part if treatment. We can help control symptoms but flare ups will happen.
