Depression treatment: Are there any therapists near you? Some people find that talking things through with someone can be helpful. There are many medications which are available by prescription. Often a combo of meds and therapy is most effective. Also, do the things you love, practice your hobbies, and most of all, surround yourself with people you love and who love you. It is essential to have a community around you.

Transform Them?: So often we make it our goal to push away unpleasant or distressing thoughts or experiences. This does not work. But pushing them away can backire and we may end up having even more of them! Suggestion: Instead of getting rid of them, think of "transforming" them. (Think: the metamorphosis of a butterfly.)
