Psychotherapy: Hard to imagine everything you must be going through. In such a circumstance, first step to address depression are to establish a daily routine that includes exercise, socialization and adequate sleep. If this helps but not enough, professional counseling is usually the next step. Eventually, meds may be necessary, but only if above steps don't work. If suicidal, best to see care in er asap.
