Psychotherapy: Hard to imagine everything you must be going through. In such a circumstance, first step to address depression are to establish a daily routine that includes exercise, socialization and adequate sleep. If this helps but not enough, professional counseling is usually the next step. Eventually, meds may be necessary, but only if above steps don't work. If suicidal, best to see care in er asap.

Double loss: Want to add that break up of a relationship and not having a job anymore are both significant losses. Like any loss, they need to be grieved. Find a professional who can help you work through your grief and re-evaluate your needs at the moment. Good luck!
