Oral infection: It sound like you have an infection in you mouth (teeth or gums) or in your throat (tonsils ?). You need to see a dentist and/or an ENT specialist for an exam and evaluation.

Bad breath: Bleeding, foul odor, excess mucus may be interrelated. To eliminate your symptoms you need a Dentist to help you find the cause, or causes, and select the appropriate treatment. If gums infected may need Periodontist. If sinus/throat infected may need ENT. But start w Dentist, and start now, before problem gets out of hand.
