Depends: If your blood sugar is high (and esp if you were fasting when it was drawn) then you may have diabetes. If that is the case they will definitely work with you on treating this. May include possible weight loss (if you have a weight problem), or medication treatments. Don't panic yet, just do the follow-up testing and see what those results show.
