Hello, my doctor recently did a routine blood screening, and my alt numbers came back at 168, with an elevated blood sugar. should i be concerned?

How elevated: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, both elevated ALT and glucose warrant further evaluation that is not feasible in this forum. Wish you good health!
