It depends: Blood sugar varies and can range over a large set of numbers. It also depends whether you have known diabetes or not and whether you are taking treatment for diabetes or not. Normal fasting sugar level is <100. If it is between 100-200 it is high, if it is over 300mg, it requires urgent treatment. So you need to use your judgment, based on your circumstances..
