Hematology: If the red cell,total white blood cell and platelet counts, as well as the MCV and MCH are all normal, the low MCHC and high RDW may not be significant or diagnostic. Low lymphocytes combined with high neutrophils can be seen in certain infections, use of corticosteroids, or in blood dyscrasias. However this question can be better answered by your MD(who knows your results) or a hematologist
