What causes ongoing low lymphs, low mchc and high rdw?

Hematology: If the red cell,total white blood cell and platelet counts, as well as the MCV and MCH are all normal, the low MCHC and high RDW may not be significant or diagnostic. Low lymphocytes combined with high neutrophils can be seen in certain infections, use of corticosteroids, or in blood dyscrasias.
