Hgb 11.8 normal, mcv 79.8 low, mch 25.4 low, mchc 31.8 low, rdw 17.2 high. taken daily: 40mg omeprazole, 10mg warfarin, 65mg iron (4 months). normal colonoscopy 11/2020. what could cause this?

Cause what? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Wish you good health!
