Sleep disordered: breathing is common in children due to different processes that might affect / obstruct airflow in the upper respiratory tract causing snoring / apnea.. It is necessary to have a thorough evaluation by her PCP for a complete physical and possibly sleep pathologist to assess her sleep hygiene. They will then determine if your daughter needs to be seen by the otolaryngologist or pulmonologist.
