Unlikely: Usually, a UTI would cause pain with urination. There are exceptions to every rule however, so if you're concerned, see you primary care doctor.

Possible: sensation of urination or need to urinate could be sign of a UTI. At the least you should have a pelvic exam with a gynecologist and a urinalysis done (microscope analysis of your urine). Vaginitis is also a possibility but would be best determined with an actual physical exam.
