Sounds like this: needs a more thorough evaluation than just a urinalysis. See a health care provider for an examination and perhaps a urine culture.

Other possibilities: At first thought this sounds more like a localized skin reaction to a chemical/cream/agent that came in contact with those tissues than an infectious process. Floaters in pee with a normal UA are likely just crystals of urate which is a normal finding in concentrated urine.
