Which location it is: Who said it could be a lymphnode. If already a docotor saw and felt it is harmless no need to do anything. As some of the conditions in scalp can cause small lymphnodes to appear prominently such as dandruff, small cuts, infected acne, pustules, can cause them . But lymphnodes in the back of scalp close to the nape of neck called occipital nodes are significant in some conditions-syphilis, hiv.
