See nephrologist: Would discuss with your rheumatologist and nephrologist. Most ofter with lupus blood in the urine is due to lupus kidney disease called glomerulonephritist which is treated with your rheumatologist and nephrologist. There are other causes of hematuria including infection, kidney tumors or kidney stones. I assume all of this has been evalauted
