Wrist swelling: can occur from many common issues such as synovitis, swelling in the joint, tenosynovitis, swelling in tendons, joint issues such as cartilage tears, ganglions which are benign fluid filled sacs, benign tumors, inflammatroy arthritis, injury, and while rare, at times more severe issues.
