The area of my groin lymph nodes is painful and hurts to walk yet isn't swollen, any ideas? as i thought the pain and swelling came hand in hand

Groin pain: could be one or more of the deeper nodes is affected rather than ones near the surface. Could also be your pain is due to a groin muscle pull. Do you remember if it started suddenly or after some particular movement? If it persists, see your doctor.
