No: First of all adult teeth have no replacements. Your child probably lost a baby tooth and something is interfering with eruption of the underlying adult tooth. Please make an appointment with the Specialist that is best trained in Dento-facial growth and development, an Orthodontist. Ask your Dentist to recommend one. All children should have an initial Orthodontic Exam at age 7. She's overdue

Unerupted tooth: I'm assuming you meant to say the "baby" or primary tooth came out. The permanent tooth that was meant to replace it is either impacted, crowded out or congenitally missing. See a dentist who can personally examine your child's mouth and along with some x-rays see what's going on and what needs to be done. Early diagnosis and treatment prevents more costly and extensive treatment later on.

Impaction: The secondary tooth may be impacted. A local dentist, after taking a radiograph, can tell you if that is the case. An adjacent tooth may be preventing it from fully erupting.
