Two issues here: 1) Please don't take medication inappropriately, particularly if its not yours. 2) What do you mean by "feel terrible?"

Xanax: Xanax (alprazolam) is a dangerous drug to use recreationally (to abuse). You took a large dose. The Alprazolam could cause you to feel drowsy, dizzy, lose balance or coordination, slur speech, have problems with memory & concentration, be confused, faint, have low energy, feel depressed or anxious as well as developing headache, insomnia etc.

Suggestions: Recommend you consider counseling in the near future. Experimentation with either legal or illegal pharmaceuticals is fraught with hazards, and the "feel terrible" could be the tip of the iceberg. This is your choice, so, choose wisely. Help is available, and prevention beats intervention with "poison control".
