Should be gone: Taking these meds for only a 1-3 day interval and 3 weeks before test should not cause a positive urine test. They should be completely gone out of your system assuming of course you have normal kidney function.

No: Xanax (alprazolam) should not be detectable in your urine after 2 weeks but if it has not been medically prescribed for you, do not use it again. If prescribed by your doctor you will have the backing of that doctor even if it shows up during drug testing. Exercising is a good idea at this weight under medical supervision.
