I took two dayquil today at 5:30pm. can i take my xanax tomorrow around noon? will the dayquil be out of my system by tomorrow at noon? or will i have to worry about the two drugs interacting?

It should not be a problem to take your Xanax the following day. There should be very little risk associated with that scenario. Good luck.

The effect usually lasts about 8hrs. So it wont be out of your system (half life) but its effect will be gone. You may take it
