Depends on what drug: test they are doing. They are NOT all the same. Some screening tests will not pick up clonazepam (klonopin) at all, while other forms of drug testing will. In some kinds of tests, it will be differentiated, while others will just say positive for benzodiazepines. Oxycodone also requires some specialized testing, and many opiate tests will not detect it. Most tests now test for all of them.
