Most likely related: You have been seen by ENT specialist who diagnosed allergic rhinitis. You may have some fluid in the middle ear and congestion in your vestibular (balance) organ in the ear. Are you congested in the nose now? You say you are dizzy when you look up. Is that when you moved your entire head looking up or if just look up with eyes only & head remains level & steady?

No: Autophony and allergic rhinitis may be related, external/middle ear problems, but dizziness can be aninternal ear problem, or other causes such as vertebral-basilar insufficieny, kindly check again with your ENT doctor, good luck
