Possibly: Balance and dizziness issues are related to 3 general areas. There is inner ear input, visual input, and musculoskeletal input. A problem in any area can cause confusing signals to your brain and make you feel dizzy. In your case, it could be another inner ear problem- not bppv according to your md- or may be related to cervical(neck) musculoskeletal issues.
