My symptoms are very random. head pain, tingling, hyperventilation, dizziness. doc says anxiety symptoms. why do they keep happenin if im not stressed?

Migraine: The body has a set of reactions. For some this includes each symptom you describe. Why the body does this is not always clear. Some triggers may be obvious, others subtle or uncertain. Try to understand your triggers. Practice good health with good sleep, good nutrition, good exercise. Learn to appreciate and to manage your body reactions.

I agree but if I may add stress and anxiety are not the same Both doctors I agree with But if you do not get better ask your for meds

Anxiety: If diagnose is correct, try regular jogging or other physical activity. It will help to burn catecholamines which can be contributing factor. Personal trainer and psychologist can help to decrease the symptoms.
