Keep going.: You've mentioned how much weight you've lost, which is a good amount, but not how much weight you may have to lose in total. If you still have more weight to lose, then keep going as those areas may have the potential to slim out some more. That being said, this may be your genetically determined shape, slim or otherwise. Weight training can help shape the muscles in these areas, though.
