Re injury easier: Injury to healthy tissue damages to the extent of trauma. If the tissue is not healthy to start, then repeat trauma, same force, will,produce more injury, as the tissue was less able to withstand this force.

Yes it is.: I believe you are asking if you happen to hit your head again, is the brain more likely to get injured than the first time. Absolutely!. Because the brain is recovering from the first concussion, it is much more susceptible to a second concussion. There is a rare but deadly phenomenon of second hit concussion that leads to severe brain swelling and death. You must be very careful to avoid this.
