Yes: Recovery is different for everyone and rest and focus are crucial to getting back to normal. To much activity, too much screentime, and alcohol are some of the things that can bring symptoms back and or slow your recovery. Work with an experienced physician to guide your return to normal activities as well as confer on any medications or supplements you may want or have to use. Focus on yourself

CONCUSSION: It is best to discuss this with your Neurologist who knows your medical history. If your are uncomfortable with your Dr. consult with another for a 2nd opinion.

Not unusual: In fact post-concessional headaches are quite common and can be persistent in many folks. Some are local aching, some tension patterns, and a variety of migraine patterns can emerge. If persistent or progressive, best to see neurologist to start medication to break up the pattern.
