Depends: Usually I would say no. But the truth is, concussions are very different from one another and are basically an altered or depressed level of consciousness (sometimes with neurological signs) . No: In real life, a person does not get a concussion from hitting a pillow, regardless of whether it is soft, medium, or firm. Hypothetically, one could fall out of a second floor window, land on a firm pillow, and crack his head wide open.
