Assume: I assume you are asking about "pain," although that word is missing from your question. Oral pain usually means infection. Pain killers do not cure infections. Antibiotics are an adjunct, not a cure, for dental infection. Nothing will work other than difinative dental treatment. Call a Dentist before the spread of infection does even more damage.
