Instructions: Ask your orthodontic specialist for advice. Until then take advil, (ibuprofen) rinse w salt water, put the wax orthodontist gave you onto "stickers, " dab orabase-b onto sore spots, keep mouth scrupulously clean, eat soft high-protein diet.
