Would get checked: If you say that you just started having hardened abdomen along with history of tubal ligation, I would definitely go get checked in the ER, at least be examined by a medical personnel. I wouldn't worry much but I would get checked. There are so many diagnoses that come to mind with this limited amount of information, so can't go over all of them.
